On 29 September 2024, H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Hellenic Republic, attended the Award and Closing Ceremony of the First Global Challenge 2024 at Peace and Friendship Stadium in Piraeus, Greece. The Ambassador also cheered Thai students who competed in this robotic competition. This year’s First Global Challenge theme is “Feeding the Future” to address the sustainable food production, which is one of the defining challenges in the world today. In each game, students are required to maneuver their robots in a simulated world to transfer water and energy, and produce and store food.
