Legalisation of Greek/Maltese/Serbian Documents to be Used in Thailand

* The Royal Thai Embassy will only accept Greek/Maltese/Serbian documents and the English translations that have been legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Malta or Serbia in accordance with Greek, Maltese, or Serbian laws.

** For use in Thailand, the documents that have already been legalised by the Royal Thai Embassy must also be legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand (the Department of Consular Affairs or its legalisation offices, please contact +66 2572 8442 for details)

Required Documents

1. Completed and signed legalisation form (Download the file below)
2. Greek/Maltese/Serbian documents and the English translations for legalisation *and* a copy of all the documents (all pages)
3. A copy of the applicant's ID card or passport

Fee  15 Euro for 1 legalisation stamp (If you send the documents by post, please transfer the money via Western Union)

Processing Time   5 business days (After the Embassy has received all the required documents)

3. A copy of the applicant's ID card or passport

Processing Time  5 business days (After the Embassy has received all the required documents)

IMPORTANT: 
- The Royal Thai Embassy will not certify signatures of individual foreign nationals, unless the person's signature has been duly certified by a Notary Public *AND* the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Malta or Serbia has already certified the Notary Public's signatures.

- Thailand is not a party to the Apostille Hague Convention, and thus does not accept an Apostille stamp for legalisation.
