They extensively exchanged views and information on various issues, particularly on strengthening bilateral relations, bilateral agreements, cooperation within the frameworks of the United Nations and other international organizations, people-to-people exchanges, trade, investment, including the possibility of direct flights between the two countries. The Ambassador also shared the truth about the current situation between Thailand and Cambodia. The Serbian side exchanged information on its relations with neighboring countries.

On 7 October 2026, H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Malta, had a meeting with Dr. Marcelle Troisi, Director of External Relations of the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Malta. They exchanged views and information on various matters related to the promotion of bilateral relations between Thailand and Malta, and the cooperation between Thailand and the European Union, as well as the prospect of organizing the first meeting of the Political Consultations mechanism between the two countries in the near future.
