Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Malta met with the Director of External Relations of the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Malta

On 7 October 2026, H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Malta, had a meeting with Dr. Marcelle Troisi, Director of External Relations of the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Malta.

They exchanged views and information on various matters related to the promotion of bilateral relations between Thailand and Malta, and the cooperation between Thailand and the European Union, as well as the prospect of organizing the first meeting of the Political Consultations mechanism between the two countries in the near future.

The Thai Ambassador shared the Thai government’s policies and efforts, including the latest situation between Thailand and Cambodia, and preparations to host the 2026 Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund in Bangkok on 12 - 18 October 2026.
