In remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother of Thailand, on 23 November 2025 the Royal Thai Embassy in Athens and the Thai Community in Greece joined the tree planting activity organized by All Together We Can organization in Kifissia, northern suburb of Athens, one of the areas affected by previous wild fires.
This merit making for the benefit of local public in Greece was dedicated to Her Majesty the Queen Mother who had devoted her efforts in a number of projects for environmental conservation and preservation including forestation in Thailand for many decades.
