On 11 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Hellenic Republic, presided over the opening ceremony of the Hellenic Muaythai Cup 2025 organized by Panhellenic Muaythai Federation (PMF) at Peristeri Olympic Boxing Hall in Athens. This year, the 7th Muaythai Cup in Greece, there are 630 participants from 69 Muaythai clubs in Greece and Cyprus.
Special prizes of “Ambassador’s Trophy” were given to young male and female Muaythai boxers who won the “Wai Kru” competitions. Wai Kru is a traditional Thai ritual for Muaythai boxers to demonstrate their respect and gratitude to their teachers.
