On 18 September 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Athens organised a ceremony on the Auspicious Occasion of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, Rama VIII, on 20 September 2025. H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Hellenic Republic, presided over the ceremony at the Thai Residence in Athens and led the Embassy’s officials in presenting floral offerings as a tribute and in paying homage to His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol.
