On 24 June 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy in Athens organized a “Seminar on Business-related Laws and Regulations for Thai Nationals Residing in Greece” at Spyropoulio Cultural Center and via the Embassy’s Facebook Live Streaming, with an aim to provide information on relevant laws and regulations, promote capacity building on how to do business and work in Greece, as well as to enhance economic opportunities for Thai people. The seminar featured Ms. Anna Sfetsiou, attorney specialized in commercial and business law, as the guest lecture and Ms. Rodjarin Mahongkhum, President of the Thai Association and Meditation in Greece, as the Greek-Thai interpreter.

Based on the success of the Seminar on Basic Laws and Regulations for Thai Nationals Residing in Greece in 2022, the Embassy organized this seminar for the second year to empower Thai community in Greece and promote their potentials so that they can live with dignity in an overseas environment.
