During 28 - 29 November 2015, the Royal Thai Embassy participated in the International Christmas Bazaar 2015, a well-known annual charitable event held at Helexpo, Athens where many foreign embassies and charitable organizations set up their booths. In order to promote variety of food and ingredient products from Thailand in Greece, the Embassy, in cooperation with a local importing company in Greece, displayed and sold Thai products of good quality in the Embassy’s booth. At the same time, the Embassy introduced 2 famous Thai dishes i.e. Pad Thai Kung (Stir-fried rice noodle with shrimp) and Kao Pad Sapparod (Fried rice with chicken and pineapple) to visitors of the Bazaar. Moreover beautiful leaflets about Thailand tourism and culture were also handed over to interested visitors.
