In the evening of 7 June 2015, Royal Thai Embassy presented “Thai Gastronomy and

Culture” event to the citizens of the beautiful island and ancient city of Rhodos. In cooperation with the Municipality of Rhodos, prospective and interested guests were invited and treated to different variety of Thai cuisine and to know more about Thailand in various aspects.

                        There were 5 Thai mouthwatering dishes namely Thai Fried Noodles with Chicken, Massaman Beef Curry, Fried Beef with Oyster Sauce, Fried Rice with Pineapple and Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork which had been carefully prepared and cooked by a Thai chef from the Residence of

H.E. Mr. Joompol Manaschuang, Thai Ambassador. Thai beverages from Thailand including mango and coconut juices were also served during the whole event. Moreover, Mr. Vasileios Kallodis, the famous Greek chef who participated in the 2^nd Taste of Thailand at a Thai restaurant in Athens last year was also invited to share his experience about Thai food with the guests. Beautiful leaflets about tourism in Thailand, tourist map and colourful documents on amazing taste of Thailand were distributed to all guests.
